All orders placed after November 30 for masks, cushions and sublimated products, December 6 for printed and embroidered t-shirts and sweatshirts, December 10 for the ethical organic range, will not be subject to any guarantee other than guarantees for loss or fault.
For all orders before these dates, I will be happy to compensate you to the extent of the problem encountered (item arrived too late (even if it is the fault of the Post Office) or other.
All order tracking information is sent to you by email. Package tracking such as invoices and order status updates.
Check your spam box if you think you haven't received anything, sometimes follow-up notifications end up in this folder in your email box.
