Return Policy & Warranty
First of all, I pay particular attention to your satisfaction and the quality of the product you will receive. You can consult for that my Here & There quality charter.
Any claim regarding mis-printed, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after receipt of the product. For parcels lost in transit, all requests must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims considered as an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Misprinted, damaged or defective items are refundable or returnable free of charge upon proof of poor workmanship. Quality is always a step forward for Ici & Là, cases of poor workmanship thanks to our new standards (since 2020) and standards are extremely rare.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Wrong address - If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facilities and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping yourself.

We do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse, and size exchanges are normally not considered.
A new order, at your expense, will need to be placed for an updated size.
Notice to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right to withdrawal cannot be provided for deliveries of goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized, Ici & Là reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English language regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
