Place of delivery:

• Worldwide delivery from Europe for mainland Europe and overseas territories and from North America for Canada (soon guaranteed delivery Canada > Canada).

Delivery time:

• The creation of your product takes an average of 2,6 days (**COVID delays** return to normal), that being said, the larger your order, the more time may increase depending on the availability of the machines.
• Delivery to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the rest of Europe takes an average of 3 to 5 working days (**COVID delays return to normal around 6 days on average**) with package tracking offered.
• Delivery for Dom-Tom takes between 20 to 30 working days (**extended warranty periods extended to 30 working days after the estimated delivery date**) delivery still impossible for Polynesia and New Caledonia.

Delivery cost:

• The delivery cost can vary depending on the weight of your package, a t-shirt will be around 4 euros.

For returns:

Any claim regarding mis-printed, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after receipt of the product. For parcels lost in transit, all requests must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims considered as an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Misprinted, damaged or defective items are refundable or returnable free of charge upon proof of poor workmanship. Quality is always a step forward for Ici & Là, cases of poor workmanship thanks to our new standards (since 2020) and standards are extremely rare.

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong address - If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facilities and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping yourself.

We do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse, and size exchanges are normally not considered.

A new order, at your expense, will need to be placed for an updated size.

Your t-shirt is printed using the latest digital printing methods in the print-on-demand market for the best possible quality.

It is recommended, especially for European customers whose washing machines wash at high temperatures: a cold wash with a returned product, for the best possible longevity, you will see that after 10 washes and this method your t-shirt will be like the first day.

The origin of your package depends on your address and the stocks available at each location, as well as the type of product.
